Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Customer Terms of Service and is designed to meet the requirements of Article 28 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you are also entering into and bound by the TA Developer Pty Ltd Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available via the link below. The DPA forms part of our contractual relationship and governs the processing of personal data. No additional signature is required.
